AuctionLens ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service.

To provide the Service, we use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
Your email is used solely for account management, subscription and billing communications, and important service updates. We will never send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
If you have opted in to usage analytics, we use those anonymised events only to understand how the extension is used and to improve it. They are never sold, never used for advertising, and never combined with third-party data. Withdrawing consent stops collection immediately; previously collected events are deleted with your account.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Google Cloud's security infrastructure, and Firebase Authentication. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hi@auctionlens.ai.

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
