AuctionLens ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not track which auction listings you view
• We do not store your browsing history
• We do not record listing images or descriptions after processing
• We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties

4. Third-Party Services

To provide the Service, we use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase — authentication and account storage
• Google Cloud Run — hosting our backend server
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI analysis generation. Listing data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing but is not stored by Anthropic beyond the request.
• Serper — web search. Search queries (not your personal data) are sent to retrieve results.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. How We Use Your Data

Your email is used solely for account management, pilot communications, and important service updates. We will never send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Google Cloud's security infrastructure, and Firebase Authentication. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
